Spiral Radial Cup Design allows cool air to flow into the tube between the spare and the spiral cup stack. Heat creates pressure inside the spacer forcing the heat out through the holes.
The radial cone is an effective "hybrid". Radials are good for any device that uses subsonic speeds such as .45, 9mm.
